Terms of Service for ALL-N Tech Solutions, Inc.
Welcome to ALL-N Tech Solutions, Inc. These Terms of Service govern the provision of structured cabling and IT services provided by our company to you. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Scope of Services
We provide structured cabling and IT services, including but not limited to:
• Network cabling (fiber optic, copper, coaxial, etc.)
• Voice and data cabling
• Server room setup and cable management
• IT infrastructure installation and support
• Cybersecurity and network security services
• Cloud solutions and managed IT services
• Testing, certification, and troubleshooting of cabling and IT infrastructure
• Other related low-voltage cabling and IT support services
2. Quotations and Pricing
• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and additional requirements.
• Any modifications to the agreed scope of work may result in additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
• A deposit of 50% is required before project commencement.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion or per the agreed-upon payment schedule.
• Payment for services is due upon receipt of invoice. We reserve the right to charge a late fee for any unpaid balances.
• Payments can be made via Joist by credit card.
4. Project Timelines
• We will make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeline.
• Unforeseen circumstances, including weather, site conditions, or supply chain disruptions, may impact project completion.
• Delays caused by the Client (e.g., lack of access, permit delays) may result in additional charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
• Provide site access and necessary approvals for installation.
• Ensure the work environment is safe and free from hazards.
• Secure any required permits unless otherwise agreed.
6. Warranties and Liability
• We provide a 90 day warranty on workmanship from the completion date.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and components used.
• We are not liable for damages caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or external factors beyond our control.
• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services provided.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days before the scheduled start date.
• Deposits may be non-refundable, depending on project stage and incurred costs.
• If services are terminated mid-project, the Client is responsible for all costs incurred up to the termination date.
8. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:
• Non-compliance with applicable laws or regulations
• Misuse or alteration of installed cabling and IT systems
• Third-party actions affecting installed infrastructure
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of North Carolina in the United States of America.
• Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through arbitration or legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
